"Did an amazing job"

"Having discovered soaked drywall and black mold behind a wall of photographs in my bathroom, I panicked! I was fortunate to have friends who had used SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque and immediately called (in near hysterics!). The first person I spoke with -Maggie- was so calm and reassuring, that I avoided having a near stroke! She had someone out in no time and within hours had to ball quickly rolling... Niko Southall, the general manager, soon arrived and expertly explained my situation, what direction to go, and my "nightmare" didn't seem as horrible as I had imagined. The SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque team, including Nick, Manuel and Chris are incredibly hard working, knowledgeable, polite and ALWAYS on time. I could go on and on about how an unfortunate and ugly situation turned quickly positive. Bottom line is- if faced with problems- let SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque be the first call you make. It'll be the only call you make as they take care of everyone in detail! (always with a smile and something nice to say) A new bathroom is great- but the new friends are even better!!! Thank you SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque Team- You are all tremendous and I am going to miss you!"
