"Having discovered soaked drywall and black mold behind a wall of photographs in my bathroom, I panicked! I was fortunate to have friends who had used SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque and immediately called (in near hysterics!). The first person I spoke with -Maggie- was so calm and reassuring, that I avoided having a near stroke! She had someone out in no time and within hours had to ball quickly rolling... Niko Southall, the general manager, soon arrived and expertly explained my situation, what direction to go, and my "nightmare" didn't seem as horrible as I had imagined. The SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque team, including Nick, Manuel and Chris are incredibly hard working, knowledgeable, polite and ALWAYS on time. I was in, what I thought to be, a hopeless situation after evicting some dirty, nasty tenants from my home. I called SERVPRO and met with Niko that same day. After a quick walk around the home he was able to assess the damages and even offered ways for me to save some money. He is truly a man with honor and integrity. Niko and his crew worked amazingly and quickly restored my home back to its beauty. I literally cried tears of joy walking back in there. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. I discovered our house flooded during a freak 1000 year flood in New Mexico, after I came home from school late at night.  I put in a call to SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque early the next morning.  I was certainly not the worst hit that night and SERVPRO was taking care of customers all day long.  They called me at 10pm stating they could still come out if I wanted.  They kept to their word and arrived late that night and worked to save my walls.  Niko and his team were professional and even cheerful helping me put the house back in order.  They showed up each and every day to monitor the situation and reduce the number of fans I needed during the course of a week.  They took an awful situation and made me feel confident that the cleaning and restoring process was going to work.  I'm always going to recommend this shop to any of my neighbors and friends.  I felt like they did an incredible job even when they must have been exhausted by the strain of so many customers during that time.  They made me feel like my house was the most important job they had.  I can't say enough good things!

Kudos to the SERVPRO team that came to the rescue after that horrendous flooding that we had in Santa Fe on the 23rd.
