SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque received a call about a water damage in a kitchen where the whole floor was flooded and in this case, the flooring was carpet. Our customer was devastated with the result of what the water pipe breaking had caused. We know it can be a hassle but in this case we wanted to make sure our customer was satisfied. Our customer decided that after having carpet in the kitchen it was time for a change in case something like this ever happened again. SERVPRO was able to reconstruct the damage and lay down new tile rather than carpet. Although we were initially called for the water damage, SERVPRO of Northwest Albuquerque can get it all done not just water damage. WE ARE HERE TO HELP.
